Requirements
- Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
- Provide superior, efficient customer service
- Use Company approved sales and service techniques
- Offer additional customer assistance
- Answer incoming calls
- Place outgoing calls
- Assist to assess condition of rental upon return
- Perform miscellaneous and backup duties
