We are looking for an Account Executive to work to prospect and sell into new customers. Those with experience selling into contact centers and BPOs is necessary. The ideal candidate should be a proactive problem solver with impressive communication skills and a genuine passion for the success of their customers.

On a day-to-day working as part of our growing sales team looks like this:
- You’ll be targeting contact centers, sales enablement, , contact centers sales and learning and training groups at the prospect.
- Managing the sales process from lead to customer.
- Building your pipe both by proactively prospecting, as well as working with an SDR team.
- Building your credibility with sales leaders and get them excited about the use of AI for better sales productivity.
- Uncovering the needs of organizations with hundreds (or thousands) of sales and go to market teams and map them to the solution effectively.
- Running your own demos (intuitive tool for sales teams)
- Effectively running an enterprise sales process and bring it to a close – multiple stakeholders (influencers & decision makers) and departments (procurement, legal, security).
- Effectively building relationships with key decision makers and grow accounts over time.
- Coordinate and collaborate with our customer success team for customer onboarding and ongoing account health
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
6+ years of experience in sales positions for B2B SaaS companies.
Your toolkit should ideally include all this great stuff:
- Proven track record of exceeding/meeting quotas year over year.
- Great verbal and written communication skills. Be great in writing and over zoom.
- Understanding of the SaaS sales pipeline – how to drive business from stage to stage.
- Experience working for organizations/start-ups, in aggressive growth mode.
- Experience in selling sales tech – advantage.
