We’re looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team selling high-ticket real estate education and investment programs in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience managing high-ticket inside sales teams and can coach reps to close $10K–$50K+ programs with confidence and integrity.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing high-ticket inside sales teams
- Demonstrated success leading reps in consultative or complex sales environments
- Proven ability to coach objection handling, urgency creation, and deal control
- Track record of increasing close rates and improving rep production metrics
- Experience holding teams accountable to revenue quotas in a performance-based environment
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills with a results-first mindset
- Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Experience designing and implementing sales training programs
