The Opportunity
We are seeking a Sales Operations Manager to build and run the operating cadence that supports our global sales motion. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring our CRM, pipeline, partner motions, reporting, and internal handoffs are accurate, repeatable, and scalable. This is a non-quota-carrying role. You are not expected to prospect or close deals. You are expected to enable and accelerate the sales motion through operational excellence.
This role suits an experienced operator who thrives in a 100% WFH environment and enjoys bringing structure, clarity, and momentum to distributed sales teams. You will work closely with sales leadership, channel partners, pre-sales, marketing, finance, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations & Pipeline
- Support day-to-day sales operations across direct, enterprise, and channel sales
- Maintain CRM hygiene and pipeline discipline across stages, forecasts, and reporting
- Run weekly pipeline and forecast reviews aligned to SecurePII’s reporting framework
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend practical process or tooling improvements
Deal & Commercial Operations
- Run Deal Desk and Deal Registration, coordinating approvals and deal progression
- Maintain standard sales collateral (pricing, proposals, order forms) with version control
- Support quotes, orders, renewals, and handover to delivery/customer success
Partner & Cross-Functional Enablement
- Support onboarding and enablement of channel and reseller partners
- Track partner-led opportunities and maintain partner pipeline visibility
- Act as the operational link between sales, marketing, pre-sales, finance, delivery, and customer success
What Success Looks Like (first 3-6 months)
- Pipeline is accurate, visible, and trusted by leadership
- A repeatable weekly operating rhythm is established
- Core sales templates and artefacts are standardised and easy to find
- Executive and investor reporting requires minimal manual effort
- Partner-led opportunities are tracked end-to-end
- Sales execution friction is materially reduced as volume grows
Experience & Skills
- Experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales support roles
- Background supporting remote B2B SaaS or enterprise technology sales teams
- Strong CRM, pipeline, and sales reporting capability
- Commercial fluency across pricing, approvals, order processing, and renewals
- Able to work independently and bring clarity to ambiguous environments
Tools (preferred)
- Zoho CRM (or similar), spreadsheets/BI reporting, document management, basic workflow automation
Working Style & Mindset
- Self-motivated and accountable in a WFH environment
- Practical, outcomes-focused, and comfortable in a scale-up
- Proactive problem-solver with strong written communication
Working Arrangements
- Queensland-based, remote-first
- Occasional travel for partners, customers, or company offsites
- Ability to work across AU, US, and UK time zones as required
