Role Overview

The Head of Revenue Operations will lead the RevOps function from scratch, establishing systems, processes, and governance to scale the company’s ARR base. They will report directly to the C-suite and have full ownership of this function from Day 1.

What You Will Do

The Head of Revenue Operations will be responsible for building and leading the RevOps function, including strategy, data & analytics, process & enablement, and systems. They will own the end-to-end sales process, CRM architecture, and tech stack governance.

  • Proven experience leading RevOps at a scaling company

  • A track record of resolving cross-functional misalignment
  • Hands-on with Salesforce (or equivalent CRM)
  • Comfortable with BI tooling and data modelling concepts
