We are looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a unique blend of business and technical experience, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You will work closely with various cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, sales, and partnerships, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.

Key responsibilities

  • Define and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, including targeting, positioning, messaging, and pricing, end-to-end.
  • Collaborate with Product and Partnerships teams to identify partnership opportunities that could enhance product offering and drive business growth.
  • Create engaging, compelling content (e.g., case studies, product videos, website copy, blog posts, forum responses) to articulate the benefits of our products.
  • Lead product launches and ongoing promotion – work closely with the rest of the marketing team to ensure coordinated and impactful launches.
  • Drive competitive analysis and market research to inform product, sales, and partnership strategies.
  • Develop and maintain marketing assets and collateral in line with brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with sales teams to create sales tools and training materials.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine and optimise marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers

Required skills

  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Minimum 4 years of product marketing experience in SaaS
  • Proven experience in a technical marketing role – understanding of data-driven communications and collaboration tools a bonus
  • Strong experience working with partnerships and developing mutually beneficial business relationships
  • Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills with an ability to prioritise on their own, and delegate tasks when appropriate
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • High performer and self-starter – able to work in fast-paced environments
  • Experience with product launch planning and execution
  • Solid understanding of market research methods and analysis

Bonus

  • Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Maritime industry experience
  • Experience with pricing and packaging strategies
