Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in strategic account management, consultative sales, or client relationship leadership
- 2-3+ years of experience in managing high-performing teams
- Proven ability to build deep, trust-based relationships with senior-level clients and guide teams to do the same
- Skilled in designing and executing client solutions that align with business goals and deliver measurable value
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of fostering high-performing, client-centric teams
- Adept at using metrics and account performance insights to drive results
