Role Overview

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you’ll turn high-intent customer signals into meaningful conversations and new business customers. You’ll partner closely with your squad leader and colleagues across operations, analytics and sales, as well as sales team members from the sales team at Sidekicker, SEEK’s contingent labour business.

What You Will Do

You’ll qualify leads, build interest in Sidekicker, support account setup, and guide customers through to their first successful job post and completed shift. You’ll play a key role in helping shape and scale SEEK’s commercial growth engine and data-driven outbound sales approach.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in outbound phone sales, business development, inside sales or a similar customer-facing commercial role
  • Strong discovery, questioning and objection handling skills, with the ability to influence customers and move conversations toward a clear next step
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-changing environment, adapt quickly and use feedback to improve performance and process
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and confidence working across phone, email and CRM-based workflows
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Hubspot is a bonus
  • A customer-centric mindset combined with commercial curiosity and a strong drive to create value
  • Comfortable using technology and moving between systems, tools and products as part of your daily workflow
  • A collaborative working style, with the ability to contribute positively within a cross-functional squad environment
