Senior Data Analyst role at SEEK, responsible for providing analytics support for initiative valuation, building and maintaining reporting of key marketplace metrics, and developing operational processes and analytics capabilities with operations team. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders across the business to drive growth outcomes from SEEK.
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years’ experience as an analyst
- Ability to use data hosted on large scale data platforms (both DWH/relational databases and AWS/Azure)
- Understanding of SQL to undertake analysis
- Experience working with BI and visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau – preferred, Power BI)
- Advanced skills in Excel
- Demonstrable experience in providing analysis and finding actionable insights
- Experience in presenting insights & data to broad range of audiences
- Ownership and drive to deliver outcomes working with cross functional and cross market teams
- Capable of managing multiple and shifting priorities whilst delivering to tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Innovator, comfort working with ambiguity and problem solving
- Experience leveraging AI tools in your work or personal life, and a strong interest in continually expanding your AI knowledge and skills
