Requirements

  • Design, build and operate scalable, high‐performing data platforms and services aligned with SEEK’s technology strategy.
  • Ensure systems are well‐architected, secure, and meet SEEK’s technical and platform health metrics.
  • Lead and embed strong engineering and DevOps practices to continuously improve delivery and reliability.
  • Act as the technical escalation point, owning production issues through to resolution.
  • Champion clean, well‐tested, secure code and uplift technical capability within the team.
  • Collaborate effectively with Architecture, Security, and other technical stakeholders to align solutions.
  • Drive clear communication and alignment between technical work, team priorities, and customer outcomes.
