We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Employer Account Executive to join our Restart team. As an Employer Account Executive, you’ll play a key role in fostering strong partnerships with employers to promote inclusive recruitment practices. You will work closely with our internal teams and external stakeholders to identify opportunities, generate leads, and deliver a high-quality, responsive service that exceeds employer expectations.
Requirements
- Business to business sales, marketing, networking
- Very strong written and verbal communication skills
- Working with external senior managers in an account management capacity
- Working in a performance target driven environment e.g. recruitment consultant, sales representatives
