Marketing Growth Analyst

Seismic is looking for a Marketing Growth Analyst who will lead key parts of marketing performance analysis providing marketing actionable insights and support marketing process optimization projects. The individual should be highly analytical and able to work directly with marketers and marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. The role will report to the Sr. Manager of Marketing Operations.

What you will be doing:

  • Support the cadence of the business: annual planning, quarterly business reviews, weekly marketing forecast calls and pipeline reviews.
  • Deliver business insights to senior leaders, and work with the analytics team to standardize important dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau.
  • Partner with Marketing leaders on the Operating Model, and own bottom-up models.
  • Work with sales operations and marketing to set annual performance targets for marketing.
  • Provide requirements to the Business Systems (CRM) team on business needs.
  • Support Sr. Marketing Operations lead by continuously enhancing marketing processes to make it more efficient and effective.
  • Partner with the enablement team on marketing training, as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Ops & Finance team to solve problems and work on projects.
  • Monitor and improve Marketing productivity.

What you bring to the team:

We are looking for a self-motivated and highly analytical Marketing Operations professional, a doer who thinks strategically and can also dive deep into challenges to get things done. This is a person who is a true business partner to marketers and marketing leaders, and who has a proven track record supporting fast-growing SaaS organizations.

  • 3-7 years of experience in marketing or sales operations, with a preference toward B2B SaaS experience, especially in the “scale-up” phase.
  • Proven expertise developing and improving complex operating models, using advanced spreadsheets.
  • 5+ years of experience leading strategic planning for sales and/or marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field. Master is a plus.
  • Management experience is a plus.
  • Experience designing and implementing new sales and marketing methodologies and processes.
  • Excellent communications skills including presenting, editing, and writing with attention to detail required.
