Founded in 2009, our company offers the first open source unified communications solution. We support call centers, public authorities and universities in their critical communications. We have more than 500 clients who use our solution daily.
Small agile structure (26 employees and €4.8M revenue), we benefit however, for our development, from the support of the Group to which we belong (125,000 clients based in more than 100 countries, 25,000 employees, valuation of over €35 billion).
Our market reputation and legitimacy come from a deep understanding of the needs of field professionals combined with high-level SAAS IT expertise.
Our growth strategy, in France and internationally, based on a programmatic and matrix approach, leads us to expand our portfolio of application solutions and increase our global market coverage.
To support our CEO and in the context of the strong growth potential of our activities, we are looking for our:
Chief Revenue Officer – Software
Telephony – B2B Software Editor (Lyon)
After a discovery phase of our solutions, you put your skills at the service of our structure. Reporting to our France CEO, of whom you are a privileged contact and collaborator, you take responsibility for leading and managing our Sales, Professional Services and Customer Services teams.
On a daily basis your role is very diverse. As a true Orchestra Conductor, you implement an effective commercial strategy to increase our market share and drive double-digit growth. You are responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction.
You drive new momentum by analyzing key indicators and identifying new business opportunities.
Through these non-exhaustive actions, you have a direct, measurable and quantifiable impact on our growth. Your positioning and cross-functional vision allow you to participate in strategic discussions conducted internally with R&D on the design of new products and services.
Beyond your skills, your ability to leverage the strengths of our model and our journey, to change practices and take teams with you, is essential.
Your success leads you to quickly evolve toward expanded responsibilities.
With a higher education degree Bac+5 (Business or Engineering School or equivalent), you have solid experience (approximately 10 years) in management and commercial development.
Ideally, you are familiar with the Software environment and the world of telephony in B2B (software editor, IT services company or end client…).
You are currently Chief Revenue Officer, Sales Director, Business Unit Director, Business Development Director, Head of Sales or directly responsible for the development of an entity.
Dynamic and autonomous, you appreciate an agile and dynamic environment. You wish to join a rapidly growing company with real development prospects.
