SendBird is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to lead and execute Sendbird’s events strategy for both physical and digital events in the Americas. Events are a critical component for how SendBird engages with customers and partners within our industry. The Field Marketing Manager position will be responsible for managing the execution of all events for SendBird and creating the measurement plan to demonstrate the impact to the business. As a core member of the Growth team, this role will have a great deal of autonomy to develop a framework for repeatable execution of revenue-driving events.

What you will do:

  • Manage our trade show and field event presence in the Americas
  • Manage event logistics such as defining event goals, promotional strategy, site identification, contract negotiation, and on-day support.
  • Develop and execute an engagement plan for each event including reviewing attendee lists, working with other marketing members and sales team to develop outreach content, owning booth design,  and identifying opportunities for SendBird to amplify it’s presence
  • Responsible for developing and tracking key performance indicators for events, such as the number of attendees, leads generated via events, and the number of new customers / revenue generated as a result of events.
  • Travel required (COVID-permitting) ~20% of the time

 What you bring to the table:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, event/webinar management, or experiential marketing.  B2B/SaaS experience preferred.
  • Systems. Experience with MarTech systems such as Marketo, Salesloft, Salesforce, etc required
  • Relentlessly High Standards. Strong project management skills and ability to manage a timeline with many moving parts and stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on relationship-building
  • Deadline-driven mindset with ability to manage multiple projects on your own
