The Carrier Partnerships Manager for the Benelux is responsible for managing the carrier network, transitioning relationships from simple rate-card discussions to sophisticated strategic alliances, and driving revenue growth based on partnerships with Benelux carriers. The role involves owning the total cost of ownership, driving strategic partnerships, building relationships, operational value realization, carrier strategy, internal advocacy, and data-driven negotiation.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the logistics and carrier landscape in the Netherlands & Belgium
- Proactive in identifying new market opportunities for Sendcloud with carriers
- Native Dutch speaker and fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Seasoned negotiator
- Analytical skills
