Senior Business Analyst – Sales Operations & Pricing

The Senior Business Analyst, Sales Operations & Pricing, will be key in enhancing the effectiveness and scalability of our sales organization. This individual will be responsible for developing actionable insights through data, analytics and reporting for our leadership and partner teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of analytical thinking, business acumen, and cross-functional collaboration experience to help us scale into our next phase of growth.

  • Analyze large data sets to derive actionable insights and support strategic decisions in Sales Operations and Pricing.
  • Develop scalable metrics, KPIs and dashboards in support of our GTM teams and priorities and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Support the quote-to-cash process by driving enhancements in pricing strategy, analysis and guidelines through the use of tools and cross-functional collaboration
  • Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders in Sales, Sales Strategy, Business Applications, Deal Desk, Finance, and Product Marketing to ensure coordinated execution
  • Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to drive efficiency, scalability and adoption of key initiatives

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Pricing, Financial Planning or relevant business analyst roles
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics and business models preferred
  • Ability to derive insights and recommendations from large, complex data sets from multiple sources
  • Comfortable partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, influencing business decisions, and driving alignment and clarity
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Snowflake, Excel and related reporting tools
  • Bachelor’s degree required; business, economics, finance or quantitative fields preferred
