OCI is seeking a Sr. Business Intelligence Engineer to join its Planning and Strategic Initiatives (PSI) team, responsible for translating complex data sets into actionable insights and building custom analysis and dashboards to drive stakeholders to action.

- Translating disparate and complex data sets into actionable insights
- Building custom analysis and dashboards to drive stakeholders to action
- Thriving in building performant and robust data pipelines
- Explaining complex information to executive audiences
- Building and developing relationships across organizations
- Defining new operational strategies
- Communicating project status, updates and potential risk to stakeholders
- Leveraging AI to become a force multiplier
- Gathering, modeling, analyzing and interpreting complex financial and operational data
- Improving data quality through anomaly detection, reconciliation and automated checks
- Experience building dashboards and BI reporting
- Experience with ETL/ELT and data modeling concepts
- Experimentation (A/B testing) experience
- Metrics and KPI design expertise
- Proficient in SQL and/or Python development
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
