Senior Campaign Marketing Manager, CX

NiCE is looking for a Senior Campaign Marketing Manager to deliver complex, multi-channel campaigns to drive awareness, consideration, purchase, and expanded adoption of the NiCE CX AI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Minimum 7+ years experience in B2B Marketing, preferably in a high-growth marketing role
• Enterprise AI product experience and awareness
• Exceptional writing skills, capable of conveying complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
• Passion for innovation and a willingness to explore new methodologies, unfazed by ambiguity
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail and flawless execution
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required
• Comfortable working with Sales teams, cross-functional Marketing teams, Executives, and Customers
• Ability to execute programs on time, on budget, and with existing resources
• Collaborative in nature and desire to work as a team
• An acute understanding of the impact of design and copywriting, and an exceptional ability to identify good design and copy
