As a Senior Customer Marketing Manager, you’ll define, execute, analyze, and manage the post-sale customer journey to drive customer engagement, increase customer value realization, reduce customer churn, and improve advocacy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing
- 5-7+ years of experience in customer marketing or product marketing of enterprise software or technology offerings, cybersecurity experience preferred
- Proven experience with technical products and developing customer messaging to create compelling stories
- Demonstrable content creation skills
- Very strong written and presentation communication skills
- Proven track record of working independently with the ability to both lead and participate in projects
- Experience and/or knowledge of EDR, XDR, VM, MDR/MSSP and/or SIEM technologies
- Experience and/or knowledge of Deepwatch alliance partners’ technologies (Splunk, Cybereason, Crowdstrike, Tenable, PAN, etc.)
