As a Senior Data Analyst in Quality Analytics, you will work closely with stakeholders across Novo Nordisk to develop, maintain, and evolve analytical solutions that support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Designing, developing, and continuously improving PowerBI dashboards and semantic models supporting quality processes across the organization
- Working with data in Microsoft Fabric and Databricks, contributing to data modelling, transformation, and analytics-ready datasets
- Partnering closely with quality stakeholders to translate business needs into robust, scalable analytical solutions
- Supporting the ongoing transition from legacy analytics solutions to modern platforms
- Contributing to best practices in analytics, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team
- Collaborating with IT, data engineers, and other analytics teams to ensure end-to-end data flow and alignment across systems
