Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and own dashboards, ad hoc reporting and analysis, financial and operational modeling, and forecasting for cross-functional partners across the organization
- Work with senior RevOps leaders and GTM executives to define, track, and report key performance indicators
- Design ways to democratize data, then build tools to make it happen (data marts, self-serve reporting, Tableau dashboards, etc.)
- Validate internal RevOps reporting against data sources (Snowflake, Salesforce) and maintain source of truth documentation
- Help scale our business—identify gaps in data and support operational improvement initiatives for marketing, sales, and CX
Who You Are
- 4+ years hands-on experience in analytics, business intelligence, or other quantitative disciplines
- Experience working with Snowflake, Tableau, dbt, and Salesforce (or similar stack)
- Possess critical thinking skills to recommend original solutions to problems, based on data
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Genuine interest in the intersection of data and operations—especially sales and marketing
- Experience working in a top-tier SaaS company, finance/consulting firm, or RevOps department a plus
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate data and recommendations clearly with stakeholders
