We’re looking for a rockstar Executive Assistant to join our RevOps team and support the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). This position requires someone who is both strategic and detail-oriented — you’ll be keeping all the platforms and administrative resources optimized, maximizing the efficiency and productivity of the CRO and RevOps team.
You will thrive in this role if you:
- Have a high EQ and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Seek to understand context and key being 1-2 steps ahead of others to anticipate needs.
- You’re thoughtful. You like focusing on getting things right — from updating a CRM field to managing a board prep document.
- Enjoy building systems that are effective and efficient.
- Are obsessed with details and making yourself indispensable.
- You sweat the ‘small’ stuff — you understand that successful organizations are built on attention to the little stuff.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate scheduling and support prioritization for the CRO including weekly calendar management, end-to-end coordination of team meetings, external meetings, internal prep reviews and debriefs.
- Build team meeting and review meeting agendas inclusive of inputs from multiple teams, ensuring the appropriate prep materials are included. Keep all internal documents organized and up-to-date.
- Build scalable workflows that simplify activities including applying AI, ML, and automation where applicable.
- Support pipeline-related activities and reporting. This includes CRM updates, pipelines calls, follow up tracking and pipeline-related metrics and analysis.
- Plan and support QBRs, offsites, and events (agendas, logistics, support materials).
- Build and manage revops documentation hub and team resourcing library including meeting notes, operating procedures, SOPs, templates, etc.
- Ensure metrics and reporting are consistently updated and communicated including team dashboards, FAQs, cadences, etc.
- Work closely with EA to CEO for company-wide activities and planning.
- On occasion, support scheduling and expense reporting for the GTM Leadership Team.
- Gate-keep and support flow of information between other departments, employees, and external stakeholders on behalf of the CRO.
If you meet most of the attributes above and are excited to join our team, please apply!
