As a Technical Account Manager at SCAYLE, you will manage 5-10 enterprise E-Commerce SaaS customers, acting as a bridge between client teams, internal product/engineering, and SCAYLE’s platform roadmap. This role requires a combination of enterprise-level account management, technical ecommerce expertise, and architectural understanding of composable commerce platforms.
Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise ecommerce, SaaS platforms, or digital consulting.
- Proven experience in a technical customer-facing role (e.g., Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, or Senior Consultant).
- Deep understanding of ecommerce architectures: Storefronts, APIs, OMS, PIM, CMS, ERP integrations.
