This role involves supporting the North American Team with financial forecasting, planning, reporting & analysis, and providing business insights to drive profitability. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Accounting or Finance, an undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business, and advanced degree preferred. A base salary range of $100,000 – $120,000, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for growth and development make this a great fit for a talented financial professional.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- 5+ years of progressive work experience in Accounting or Finance
- Professional certifications (CPA, CMA, CFP) in areas of expertise, preferred but not required
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft applications (especially Excel) and Essbase, or equivalent system
- Experience with automation and visualization tools (e.g., Alteryx, PowerBI), preferred by not required
- Ability to review data on a detailed level and recognize its relationship to the overall bigger picture
- Ability to interact with senior leadership and present complex information in a concise manner
- Proven track record of meeting commitments with the highest standards of ethics and integrity
- Ability to drive solutions to complex operations and financial issues
- Creative thinker to challenge the status quo and think out of the box to improve profitability and/or processes
