Point is seeking a Senior Manager to lead and scale their direct-to-consumer direct mail prescreen program, their largest and most impactful acquisition channel. The role requires close collaboration across teams and experience in consumer lending or financial services is strongly preferred.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing
- 3+ years managing prescreen direct mail programs at scale (3M+ mail pieces/month), ideally within consumer lending or financial services
- Hands-on ability to write SQL queries and conduct independent performance analysis to make data-driven recommendations
- Experience authoring creative briefs and managing creative development, testing, and production workflows
- Proven ability to partner effectively across technical and creative teams
- Skilled at orchestrating multi-channel acquisition strategies, including direct mail, digital, email, and retargeting
- Strong project management and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
