About The Team

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to join our GTM strategy team where we focus on driving our growth trajectory through a deep understanding of our market, customers, and business. This individual will partner closely with our GTM leaders across Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Marketing to help guide and drive strategic initiatives in service of more intelligent growth. In this role, you will own strategic projects at the highest level of visibility and impact and partner closely with senior leadership.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with leaders across GTM to develop and implement key strategic initiatives that drive growth, efficiency, and pipeline quality across the organization
  • Manage company-wide strategic planning and ongoing strategic support for GTM functions (Sales, Customer Success and Marketing)
  • Serve as a trusted thought partner to GTM leaders and Revenue Operations to support market segmentation, goal setting, strategic metrics, territory design, coverage model plans, customer lifecycle analytics, and more
  • Help shape company-wide strategy for international expansion and channel/partner strategy
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to drive business insights that inform strategic decisions
  • Create and deliver structured presentations to communicate strategic recommendations and overall performance to senior leadership and company stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and build consensus on strategic recommendations and actions

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting at a top-tier firm, corporate strategy, FP&A, or related functions in high-growth technology environments
  • Experience working with Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing organizations and an understanding of go-to-market motions and SaaS business models
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and analyze complex business needs and recommend solutions
  • Ability to drive large-scale projects end-to-end, exposure to senior executives, and comfortable leading through influence
  • Experience with Tableau, Salesforce a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to succinctly synthesize information from multiple sources
