The GTM Partnership Marketing & Planning Senior Manager will support the numerous partnership programs and sales planning within our quickly evolving and fast-paced partner ecosystem. As this team is evolving quickly, we are looking for candidates that can both strategize and operationalize ideas.
- Manage the partner marketing budget, spend, and concurrences, and work closely with the Partner Marketing and DealHub Finance team to manage and report on our financials
- Track joint pipeline and ensure partner leads are accurately reflected in Salesforce campaign hierarchy at the contact level and work with our internal reporting team
- Lead project management across GTM Strategic Alliances & Partnership organization to ensure delivery of integrated marketing campaign materials across Alliance growth motions
- Manage our participation in field activities, such as partner SKOs, planning meetings, partner sales roles hiring, and all things front-line selling
- Collaborate with Partner Operations on partner tiering and readiness initiatives to support all partner types
- Support event planning and logistics for Alliance and Partnership events and meetings
- Develop dashboards and presentations that lay out Alliance & Partnership marketing GTM strategy and results
- Support the ongoing creation of standardized processes that align internal teams with cross-functional partners, including Operations, Product Marketing, Regional Field Marketing, and Campaigns
Preferred Experience:
- 5+ years in a marketing, marketing operations, partner marketing, alliances, or GTM strategy/planning role
- Basic understanding of Salesforce reporting and pipeline tracking
- Familiarity with enterprise technology platforms and/or B2B SaaS ecosystem preferred
- Strong written and verbal communications and cross-functional collaboration skills, especially associated with executive stakeholders
- Experience striving in a rapidly transforming and ambiguous environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience in independently managing financials and budgets
