What you’ll do:
- Lead Revenue Operations in support of Sales leadership to level-up execution, insights, and strategy across our Enterprise business.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights and performance tracking.
- Own and optimize Salesforce workflows, integrations, and methodologies for Enterprise.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Analytics, BizOps, Product) to develop and implement scalable processes.
We’re looking for:
- 8+ years of Revenue/Sales Operations experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS environments.
- Proven experience operationalizing and scaling Enterprise GTM functions.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise deal cycles and sales methodologies (ex: MEDDICC, Challenger, SPIN).
- Advanced Salesforce skills and reporting proficiency required.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience supporting customer success or account management workflows.
- Experience with CPQ, lead routing, and MQL/SQL processes.
- Portfolio or FinanceTech experience.
Location:
This role is based in Vancouver, BC—we have a hybrid environment (3 days/week in our downtown office).
