We are looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Operations to join our team and support the sales organization with data insights, process optimization and systems improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to improve performance through data analytics and operational processes
- Drive cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Customer Success, Finance & Product
- Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to provide insights into pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and revenue metrics
- Identify gaps, improve processes and scale systems/tools for business growth
- Oversee sales data management and implement best practices for CRM hygiene and data governance
- Collaborate with enablement on sales process optimization and training materials
Qualifications:
- 7+ years experience in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM and reporting tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
