Senior Manager, Sales Operations

We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Sales Operations to join our growing Global Revenue team. This person will play a key role in driving reporting, forecasting, insights, process improvement, and overall organizational effectiveness strategies across our entire go-to-market organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable and efficient processes, experienced in working with sales teams in rapidly growing businesses, is data-driven, and is a great storyteller with analytics.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and grow a high performing Sales Operations team supporting Sales and BDR teams globally
  • Be the subject expert on our pipeline health and performance, using KPIs and data insights to influence strategic decisions
  • Lead strategic planning and forecasting exercises for the sales organization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Finance and Data teams to drive sales outcomes and improve operations
  • Develop our segmentation and territory models to align with our corporate strategy
  • Uncover key root causes in pipeline and bookings performance and present strategic recommendations
  • Build and manage reporting to provide transparency into organizational performance, drive scalable growth and enable a data-driven organization
  • Partner with sales enablement to ensure our revenue teams are trained efficiently and effectively including onboarding, new product rollouts, sales process training, etc.
  • Run and inform GTM cadences for day-to-day alignment across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Business Intelligence, or Finance
  • 3+ years of experience as a people manager
  • Experience growing and leading a Sales Operations team ideally in a B2B SaaS company
  • Strong program/project management, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively work across all levels of the organization
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • A strong foundation in Salesforce and reporting tools
  • Working knowledge of how to build scalable processes from scratch
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly recognize patterns
