We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager, Sales Operations to join our team. This role will focus on optimizing our sales strategy, managing key operational processes, and working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance teams.
- Lead sales operations daily, including forecasting, performance tracking, and analytics.
- Develop and optimize sales processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
- Partner with sales leadership to identify and execute strategic initiatives.
- Manage sales tools and technologies, and ensure data integrity in CRM systems.
- Drive continuous improvement across all sales operations processes.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or related functions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and sales performance tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
