Senior Manager, Sales Operations

As our Sales Operations Senior Manager, you’ll play an active role in helping the Sales and Account Management teams operate effectively and efficiently. This cross-functional role will own sales forecasting, reporting, compensation, and process improvements to fuel DealHub’s rapid growth.

Responsibilities

  • Identify gaps in the existing sales funnel and operations and provide recommendations and process/product suggestions for improvement based on failed or delayed deals, aging opportunities, quota attainment, etc.
  • Own inbound and outbound lead lifecycle funnel from pre-qualification to closed-won
  • Analyze sales efficiencies and handle sales funnel metrics and reporting
  • Manage and optimize CRM and sales tools stack, while proactively evaluating new tools
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success teams
  • Drive sales forecasting and capacity modeling
  • Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Design, build, and manage variable compensation and commissions structures

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations/enablement roles or supporting GTM functions, ideally in a high-growth B2B SaaS environment
  • Mastery in Salesforce.com sales process design, configuration, and reporting
  • Experience managing and scaling sales tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, etc.)
  • Strong data management capabilities: Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, data visualization tools, and Python experience are all big pluses
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment undergoing rapid growth and change, leveraging data to support scalable growth
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and collaborative team player
  • Proven ability to communicate cross-functionally with all levels and build strong relationships internally
  • Excellent prioritization skills and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
