Senior Platform Engineer, Data & Systems

We build world-class technology to drive value creation across a portfolio of 30+ companies. As a Senior Platform Engineer, Data & Systems, you’ll play a critical role in this mission – owning the design, development, and operation of the data and backend systems that power our products.

Requirements

• 7+ years building production backend systems and APIs
• Experienced in CI/CD pipelines and traditional networking
• Fluency in one or more of: Python, TypeScript/Node, Go, or Java
• Solid SQL and data-modeling skills
• Experience with a modern warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, SQL Server) and ETL/ELT patterns
• Proven ability to own ambiguous problems, choose pragmatic tech, and ship reliable services under real-world constraints
• Security-minded: experience with auth/authZ, secrets management, audit trails; HIPAA or regulated data experience is a plus
• Clear communicator, proactive collaborator, and natural problem-solver
