We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager to join our team and drive the successful launch and adoption of our new products and features. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product marketing, sales enablement, customer success, and go-to-market strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure our offerings are effectively positioned and communicate value to key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for new product and feature launches.
- Collaborate with Product Management to understand the roadmap and product value propositions.
- Partner with Marketing to create compelling messaging, positioning, and content tailored to target audiences.
- Enable Sales and Customer Success teams with training, tools, and collateral to drive adoption and win deals.
- Perform market analysis and competitive research to inform GTM strategies and differentiation.
- Track and analyze launch effectiveness, gather feedback, and optimize future GTM initiatives.
- Act as a key point of contact for cross-functional coordination around launches.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, GTM, or related fields, preferably in B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven success in managing complex launches and driving cross-functional alignment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to measure impact and adapt quickly.
