This role will be based in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, or Sunnyvale, and is responsible for building and scaling enterprise Sales Performance Management tooling. The Senior Product Owner will focus on systems that power sales planning, territory management, segmentation, quota management, and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Own and drive delivery for defined Sales Performance Management product areas
  • Translate business requirements into clear product requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs
  • Partner with Engineering and TPM through agile development cycles
  • Contribute to product roadmaps by identifying workflow gaps and system inefficiencies
  • Support the design and evolution of planning systems and tools
  • Define success metrics and track adoption, system performance, and operational impact
  • Maintain delivery artifacts and support change management and rollout activities
