Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, AI Enablement & Process Design

About the Role:

As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst focused on AI Enablement & Process Design, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking efficiencies across our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization by applying data-driven insights and AI automation solutions. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to identify bottlenecks, design streamlined processes, and implement scalable solutions that drive team performance and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with GTM leadership to identify process inefficiencies and high-impact opportunities for automation through AI tools.
  • Design, implement, and manage scalable business processes that align with our growth goals.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining dashboards, KPIs, and reports that measure GTM efficiency and productivity.
  • Evaluate and recommend AI-powered platforms or tools that can improve operational efficiency (e.g., conversational AI, predictive lead scoring, workflow bots).
  • Support the implementation and testing of new tools and technologies within the GTM tech stack.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Customer Success Operations—to ensure end-to-end process alignment.
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and adoption plans for new process changes or tools deployed.
  • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset—consistently looking for areas to optimize or innovate within existing GTM workflows.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Process Design roles.
  • Strong familiarity with Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight, Outreach).
  • Solid foundation and curiosity in AI/automation technologies and their practical applications in business processes.
  • Experience designing and mapping GTM workflows using tools like Lucidchart, Miro, etc.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with comfort analyzing both process data and business data (e.g., funnel metrics, conversion rates).
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and present findings to leadership.
  • Experience in high-growth B2B SaaS organizations is a plus.
