Senior Sales Operations Analyst

We are looking for a data-driven Senior Sales Operations Analyst to help drive performance and operational excellence across our go-to-market (GTM) teams. You will work closely with sales leadership, marketing, and customer success to define and track KPIs, manage sales territory planning, and administer our tools and processes that drive our growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain GTM team dashboards to track KPIs and business health
  • Work with stakeholders to refine processes and eliminate bottlenecks
  • Support sales forecasting, pipeline analysis, and territory assignments
  • Administer and optimize sales tech stack (Hubspot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Support GTM leadership with data analysis and business performance metrics

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Sales Ops, Biz Ops, or similar field, preferably SaaS
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets, basic SQL and BI tools knowledge
  • Strong communicator with ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
