We are looking for a highly motivated and strategic individual to join our team as a Senior Sales Operations Manager. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing our sales processes, driving efficiencies, and providing data-driven insights to support our sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sales processes and workflows that improve efficiency.
- Own and manage the sales tech stack including CRM systems and other tools.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to provide strategic insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales initiatives and strategies.
- Lead sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations or a similar role.
- Expertise in CRM systems and data analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
