Senior Strategic Partner Manager

The Senior Strategic Partner Manager role involves leading the relationship with merchant partners, upselling incremental services, and improving merchant operations. The role is hybrid, with time split between working in-office, traveling to merchants, and working from home. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in a post-sales or Account Manager role, with a strong bias for action and an ability to operate as an owner for their book of business.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a post-sales or Account Manager role or related experience
  • Empathy with customer needs and ability to adapt to meet their unique goals
  • Thoughtful, merchant-first thinker with data-driven recommendations and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Strong bias for action and ability to operate as an owner for their book of business
  • Knowledge of Google Suite, including Google Spreadsheets and Google Sheets
  • Ability to navigate sales tools with ease, including Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator
  • Spanish speaking is a plus
