Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a post-sales or Account Manager role or related experience
- Empathy with customer needs and ability to adapt to meet their unique goals
- Thoughtful, merchant-first thinker with data-driven recommendations and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Strong bias for action and ability to operate as an owner for their book of business
- Knowledge of Google Suite, including Google Spreadsheets and Google Sheets
- Ability to navigate sales tools with ease, including Salesforce, Outreach, and Sales Navigator
- Spanish speaking is a plus
