What you’ll do:
- Shape and execute strategic go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, such as business transformations and growth strategies, in partnership with the company’s leaders
- Create strategic decision-making frameworks, identify data insights, and share strategic recommendations with Senior Leadership via cross-functional workshops and clear business syntheses
- Project manage cross-functional initiatives and ensure that strategic recommendations deliver measurable business impact
- Partner closely with stakeholders in GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) as well as Finance, Product, Business Intelligence, and People teams to analyze strategic business questions and drive clarity in decision-making
- Build financial models and analytical tools to evaluate ROI, effectiveness, and efficiency of GTM programs/spend; help build data sources for dashboards, scorecards and business reviews around pipeline, bookings, productivity, and CAC
Who you are:
- 6+ years of experience in GTM Strategy, Sales / Marketing Strategy and Operations, Finance, BizOps, or Management Consulting, including 2+ years in strategy functions
- Strong background in strategic problem solving with deep experience leading cross-functional initiatives and measuring business impact
- Outstanding communication and relationship skills, with ability to influence team members and leadership without direct authority
- Excited to help shape a rapidly growing function and support a company undergoing transformational growth
- Startup work ethic and passion for building
- Experience with Strategy & Analytics tools: Excel, SQL, Salesforce, BI platforms (e.g., Looker)
