We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager to establish and scale our customer success function in the US, focusing on retention and expansion opportunities with enterprise customers in the utilities and construction sectors.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the utilities sector
  • 3-6 years in Customer Success or Account Management
  • Strategic fluency with executive stakeholders
  • Data-driven mindset
