At Senseven Health, we are building the infrastructure for a new generation of mental healthcare. We use voice as a mental fingerprint to enable early detection, better therapy outcomes, and a shift towards continuous, objective understanding of mental health.
Voice is becoming a primary interface for how humans interact with technology. At the same time, mental health will move from episodic care to continuous understanding. We are creating the bridge between the both.
We have built a cutting-edge technology and already work with insurers, clinics, and therapists, supported by strong partners, grants, and early traction in real care settings. We believe healthcare and prevention will not exist as separate worlds, we are moving from care delivery to continuous mental health insights, including prevention, longevity, and embedded AI use cases.
The Role
You will work directly with the founders to build and scale our go-to-market across existing and emerging business lines. You take ownership across partnerships, sales, and GTM strategy. You build on what exists and take it further and create repeatable growth engine.
What You Will Do
- Own end-to-end GTM strategy and execution across our healthcare core and new use cases
- Drive partnerships with insurers, clinics, and providers, from outreach to closing
- Expand into areas such as prevention, longevity, and API / licensing
- Build and structure our GTM engine (pipeline, CRM, segmentation, messaging)
- Turn founder-led sales into repeatable systems and playbooks
Requirements
- 3–7 years experience in startups, business development, GTM, or sales
- Experience in healthcare is important
- Excellent German and English are a must
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to drive topics end-to-end
- Comfortable operating in early-stage environments with ambiguity
- Able to build trust and close complex partnerships
- Combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution
