We develop cutting-the-edge software solutions to dramatically reduce counterfeiting or the misuse of brands on the web. With the help of AI, our software automatically searches the web for brands and products and monitors online marketplaces or social platforms. Many well-known brands are already using our solution to find and remove such harmful offers on the Internet.

Your mission

The Sales Team is fundamental for Sentryc’s success by helping our clients to protect their brand and to reduce their counterfeits on the web. Whether negotiating with small enterprises or large conglomerates, we are trusted advisors along the whole sales cycle and are dedicated to top-notch client service. We do not simply sell products. We deeply understand the market and business needs and present our cutting-edge software solution which is built by a great tech team in Berlin from people across the globe.

As SDR your mission is to grow our new client base and enable our VP of Sales to evaluate our solution with new prospects.

Your tasks

  • Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn using the triplet’s principle.
  • Make around 40-80 cold calls per day using the RRM methodology.
  • Create 5 MQLs per week in the beginning, then increase to 9.
  • Sit in on meetings you’ve scheduled with an Account Executive for the takeover.
  • Keep all the records clean and concise in the CRM
  • We have all the bells and whistles in our tech stack to help you succeed.

Your profile

  • At least 2 years of experience as an SDR in a SaaS
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills in English, bonus points for an additional language
  • We work hard and play hard so a strong work ethic and self-drive are a must
  • Due to the nature of our industry, strong attention to detail will get you far
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of rejection or criticism
  • Patient and able to practice good phone etiquette
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Experience using a CRM
