Founding RevOps Lead

Sequence is seeking a Founding Revenue Operations Lead to build and scale the company’s revenue engine for Series A to Series B growth. This 0→1 role will own the entire revenue operations function, establish systems and processes, and directly impact the go-to-market strategy. The role reports to the COO and involves cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM analytics, Investment Banking or FP&A
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment: VC-backed B2B SaaS company or investment banking
  • Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in Excel/Sheets
