Founding GTM at Serus
Serus builds privacy and intelligence infrastructure for enterprises and direct consumers. We’ve grown rapidly to over 100k users on the back of a product people love. Now we’re expanding the B2B side — and we need the person to help build that motion.
This is a founding commercial role. You’re not joining a sales org — you’re helping creating one.
You’ll own:
- Full sales cycle — outbound through closed contract
- GTM strategy: ICP, segmentation, channels
- Commercial infrastructure: CRM, playbooks, reporting
- Eventually, the team that scales what you build
You’ll report directly to the CEO and work alongside the founding team.
Who this is for:
You’ve built a GTM motion before — not inherited one. You’ve written cold emails that converted, closed enterprise deals without a BDR team, and designed a pipeline from a blank doc.
- 5–10 years in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech
- Comfortable being the only salesperson in the room — for now
- Remote-friendly; Bay Area preferred
Compensation:
Competitive base + performance bonus + meaningful equity
