Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Current state issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Life Insurance License
- At least 1 year customer service or direct sales work experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Computer skills
- Professional verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work in the death industry
- Positive attitude, drive to advance understanding of the industry and business, and high self-motivation
- Ability to build professional and trusting business relations
- Compliance with company policies including punctuality/attendance, workplace safety, and projecting a favorable image of the company
