This role serves as the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in driving revenue through effective communication and sales skills.
Requirements
- Answer incoming customer calls and respond promptly to service inquiries
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services
- Convert inbound calls into scheduled jobs through consultative selling
- Accurately document job details and customer information
- Coordinate and assign jobs to production managers
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism
- Coordinate hand-off of specified leads to Business Development Team for follow up
- Follow up on leads and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the intake process
