Customer Experience Manager

Customer Experience Manager to build and lead support function from the ground up, handling tickets while designing systems, processes, and team. Equal parts operator and customer advocate, with deep experience supporting consumer products and genuine obsession with customer empathy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of customer support experience
  • Strong understanding of consumer product support best practices
  • Experience with support tools and ticketing systems
  • Experience supporting consumer software products
  • Experience building knowledge bases and self-service tools
