Sales Operations Manager

We are based out of Milpitas, California, with an India center in Mumbai.

We are looking to hire a Sales Ops Manager to join our Session AI team. This role will be reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Ops.

Location: Remote – United States

Desired Skills:

  1. SFDC Admin experience (3-4 years)
  2. SFDC Admin Certification preferred
  3. Previous SOPs experience (3-4 years)
  4. Self Starter
  5. Eager to work with the team and coach on best practices
  6. Experience in a startup environment

Responsibilities:

  1. Own deal desk
  2. Contract management
  3. Commission reporting and tracking
  4. Tier 1 reporting and data support
  5. Administration/ Enhancements in SFDC and Outreach
  6. Lead Training & Office Hours with the Session AI team
  7. Documentation of platforms and processes
  8. Google classroom maintenance & enhancements for sales tech stack/processes
  9. Sales process improvement
  10. Territory assignment & maintenance
  11. Compensation plan management
  12. Sales tools assistance, troubleshooting, and feature backlog
  13. Contribute to the creation of sales decks and presentations as needed
