We are looking to hire a Sales Ops Manager to join our Session AI team. This role will be reporting to the Senior Director of Revenue Ops.

Desired Skills:
- SFDC Admin experience (3-4 years)
- SFDC Admin Certification preferred
- Previous SOPs experience (3-4 years)
- Self Starter
- Eager to work with the team and coach on best practices
- Experience in a startup environment
Responsibilities:
- Own deal desk
- Contract management
- Commission reporting and tracking
- Tier 1 reporting and data support
- Administration/ Enhancements in SFDC and Outreach
- Lead Training & Office Hours with the Session AI team
- Documentation of platforms and processes
- Google classroom maintenance & enhancements for sales tech stack/processes
- Sales process improvement
- Territory assignment & maintenance
- Compensation plan management
- Sales tools assistance, troubleshooting, and feature backlog
- Contribute to the creation of sales decks and presentations as needed
