Role Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth for SGS Malaysia’s Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) advisory and consultancy services. The role requires strong commercial capability, EHS consultancy market understanding, and the ability to lead sales activities and team performance in a competitive market.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute sales plans, identify and convert new business opportunities, build and maintain customer relationships, lead customer engagement activities, and manage sales pipeline and team performance.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience
- Experience managing, supervising or coaching a sales team
- Proven track record in B2B consultative selling, key account management, proposal development, tender participation, and sales target achievement
